Maximizing Time
This past week was crazy busy. I flew in from the East Coast the day after celebrating my 32nd birthday and had less than 48 hours at home before getting on a plane and heading right back out to the East Coast. We Can Do Hard Things
I recently completed my first ultra endurance 100 mile mountain bike race of the 2013 season. There were about 50 of us who did the 100 mile distance and many more who did the 50 mile distance.
